This single malt whisky is the result of a labour of love, blending traditional techniques with innovative aging processes. The first 4 years in a bourbon barrel lend a warm, caramelized sweetness, which is then enhanced by the bold, spicy notes from the re-charred American Oak. Finally, the peated single malt cask imparts a subtle, smoky complexity that ties the whole experience together.
