Cocktail Recipe: Woodbridge Lemonade

One thing we learned when we started making moonshine is that everyone has a moonshine story. Particularly east-coasters, and the Italian & Portuguese descendants living just north of the Big Smoke in places like Woodbridge. So, let’s show some respect to our moonshine culture in Vaughan with an easy-to-make cocktail (that you don’t have to be from here to enjoy). We prefer it with our Darker Side – available in select LCBO stores across Ontario – but it mixes up beautifully with our OG Dark Side of the Moonshine as well!

Woodbridge Lemonade

Pour into your favourite hi-ball glass:

• 1.5 oz Last Straw Distillery Darker Side

• 1 oz Limoncello (preferably home-made)

• Add ice

• Top up with club soda

Garnish with a lemon slice, or some fresh basil leaves, and enjoy with friends.
