Another fruity gem from our collab with Instagram mixologist RecipiesByDebbie. Debbie’s wheelhouse is fruity sour cocktails, with a particular focus on Central-Ontario-made products – including spirits. This one’s got some local honey from a sunflower farm in Caledon, which we’re all about too! Perfect for a warm, early fall afternoon!
Level of difficulty: advanced – don’t forget to infuse the gin in advance!
Raspberry & Honey
Add all the ingredients to a shaker without ice:
- 1 1/2 oz foraged raspberry infused Last Straw Distillery Gin Twenty-One
- 1/2 oz triple sec
- 1/4 oz ginger syrup
- 3/4 oz lemon juice
- 1/2 oz @davisfamilyfarmcaledon Sunflower Honey Syrup
- 1/2 oz egg white (or the liquid from canned chickpeas for a vegan option)
Add ice, then shake again.
Serve in a coupe glass and garnish with wild sweet pea flowers!
