Cocktail Recipe: Gin-ger Tea

Gin: it’s not just for summer, and this spicy treat makes for a refreshing start to a heavy winter meal. We prefer it with our award-winning Gin Twenty-One (available at our bottle shop, online, or in over 30 LCBO locations across Ontario), but you could mix it up with our barrel-aged Golden Gin as well. Level of difficulty on this one: super easy.

Gin-ger Tea

Shake together with ice:

  • 1.5 oz Last Straw Distillery Gin Twenty-One

  • 1.5 oz green tea

Strain into a martini glass or coupe, then top up with

  • 1.5 oz ginger beer

Serve immediately, and enjoy with friends. That’s all there is to it.
