Cocktail Recipe: Dark n’ Stormy

Ontario gets awfully hot, hazy, and humid in the summertime, which calls for crisp, refreshing cocktails at your backyard gatherings. The Dark n’ Stormy is super easy to make, and isn’t well known, so it’s an excellent secret weapon to surprise your friends. The subtle tropical flavours of our Blackstrap Rum make for an interesting twist on the classic recipe, though you could also use the unaged Blackstrap in its place.
