Made from 100% organic Ontario yellow dent corn, grown and malted in York, Ontario.
Aged for 3 years and 2 months in an American oak ex-bourbon barrel and then finished in a Portuguese port cask for 5 months.
The rich and sweet essence of the port barrel fuses perfectly with notes of sweet corn, nuts, chocolate, syrup, peaches, melon, fondue and cherries. Creating a rich, full-bodied and smooth mouthfeel with a complex finish.
