TASTING NOTES

Mashed in the style of an amber beer, this spirit immediately develops rich flavors of toasted caramel and biscuit, characteristics most whiskies only gain through barrel aging.

This mash style also brings a light and fresh, crisp apple flavour to the whisky that blends well and enhances the existing toasty profile with the longer-aged, smooth oak wood. Then finished by infusing the sweetness from the maple brulé barrel to round out this whisky perfectly.
