TASTING NOTES

This is a grain forward single malt with notes of vanilla, cereals, black tea and a bit of spice.   The Cab Franc finish adds balance and a vibrant ruby colour that leads to a luscious mouthfeel with complimenting tannins and sweet berry notes followed by a long, smooth finish.
