The same base spirit as Dark Side of the Moonshine, Darker Side is a traditional southern moonshine recipe, distilled from corn & sugar, which is aged for 4 months in a heavily charred cask which was re-coopered by our friends at DRM.reCoop in St. Catherines, Ontario.

This baby won a silver medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition in 2019, and is available in a few LCBO locations across Ontario

Drinks like a young bourbon, without the up-front bite, but plenty of warmth in the belly. Sip it like a whisky, or mix it in place of whisky in your favourite cocktail.

We suggest mixing it in The Vaughan cocktail - a spirit forward flavour adventure that'll haunt your dreams.

If something a little more crushable is more your style, try the Woodbridge Lemonade.

The nose of walnuts, smoke and caramel gives way to a long, smooth finish of baking spices and toasty oak. It looks, smells and tastes like a well-aged whisky.

Our first whisky collaboration with Vaughan’s Lake Wilcox Brewing Co. The brewers mashed their delicious stout beer, which we fermented, double-distilled, then aged for 3 years in a #3 char re-charred ex-wine cask. As with all of our whiskies, we’ve added nothing but water – no caramel colour, no artificial flavours – just straight whisky.  Non-chill filtered. It’s everything you would expect from the distilled essence of stout.  It noses like a dessert, and the palate carries flavours of chocolate, banana and smoke.


Cask #1 Corn Whisky 750 ml Our multi-award winning Corn Whisky – Cask Strength, now at 44.4% alc./vol. Made from 100% Ontario corn sourced from small family farms through our friend Mark Hayhoe at K2 Milling. Brandon and Don mashed and fermented the grain, double-distilled, then set it to age for just over three years in a re-charred American oak wine barrel. Unlike our sCorn Whisky, we used unmalted corn for this cask. What came out of the cask went into the bottle.  The only thing added was RO water to bring it to  proof. There are absolutely no additives in our whisky. No artificial caramel colouring, no unaged spirit, no syrup. Just straight whisky, as it should be.
