RYE WHISKY – SOS Barrel Select Series

100% Canadian Rye Whisky sourced from NW Pure in Saskatchewan, finished in Sprouted Corn (sCorn) casks.  This exclusive bottle marries the distinctly spicy rye with the subtle sweetness left behind in the sCorn Oak casks.  Aged for 3 years and 8 months in a once used bourbon barrel and then finished in a Port sCorn barrel for 10 months.  It was bottled at 50% abv for a pleasing textural experience, full of surprises and nuance.
