Made from 100% Ontario malted barley, aged in American Oak for 4 years and then finished in our award-winning Blackstrap Rum cask for another year.
This finely crafted whisky has a light-bodied, crisp mouth feel with notes of pear, orange, soft caramel and oak. Followed by a subtle spicy rum finish.
